This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar browser-storage technologies Echocraft Sound Labs LLC ("Echocraft," "ESL," "we," "us," or "our") uses on echocraftsoundlabs.com and the Echocraft licensing platform (together, the "Service"). It is part of our Privacy Policy, and any term not defined here has the meaning given there.
1. What These Technologies Are
A cookie is a small text file a website places in your browser. Browser storage (local storage and session storage) is a similar mechanism your browser provides for a website to keep small amounts of data on your device. We refer to all of these as "cookies" below.
2. Our Approach
The Service sets only the cookies it needs to work. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, social-media pixels, or any third-party tracking technology. We do not track you across other websites. Because everything we set is necessary to provide the Service you asked for, we do not show a cookie consent banner. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

The authentication cookies are set by the Supabase software running as part of the Service and are first-party cookies on our domain.
4. Payment Pages
When you license a track you complete payment on a checkout page hosted by Stripe, Inc. on Stripe's own domain. Stripe sets its own cookies on that page for fraud prevention and to operate checkout. Those cookies are governed by Stripe's privacy policy, not this one, and are not set on our pages.
5. Your Choices
You can control cookies through your browser. Most browsers let you view and delete stored cookies and site data, block cookies for particular sites, or block all cookies. If you block or delete the cookies listed above, you will be signed out and the Service will not remember your display preference or your identity on a share link. Guidance for common browsers:

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We do not track you across other websites and do not sell or share personal data for advertising, so there is nothing for these signals to switch off. The Service does not currently change its behavior in response to them.

We may update this policy if the cookies we use change. The version and effective date appear at the top of this page.
